This is a blog about self sufficiency brewing, historical beers, and about foraging for ingredients that you can ultimately turn into alcoholic beverages. I'll be experimenting with modern and ancient brewing techniques and using some ingredients from the wild, some from brewing shops and some from supermarkets.
